Sometimes, when you re-install Workplace on a Windows Computer, you get error that reads "Application cannot be started. Contact the application vendor.", this error is due to the local cache data that is conflicting in the windows app data folder.
This is how to fix it in five easy steps...
- Close all Operations Dashboard & installation windows.
- Hold the Windows key and press R to open the Run window (bottom left).
- Type the following: %localappdata%\apps
- Click OK.
- Delete folder named 2.0
After you have done this, the application should work fine.
